Designed the end-to-end digital experience for Spark 2025, Highspot's flagship fall launch event. This included event site landing pages and a revamped registration flow, with unified event branding carried consistently across every digital touchpoint from first impression to confirmed registration.

The ask
Spark is Highspot's largest event of the year, and the digital experience needed to match that scale. The ask was to redesign the event site landing pages and registration flow ahead of the 2025 launch, with a focus on brand cohesion and a significantly improved user experience.
The existing registration flow had been a recurring pain point. Attendee feedback consistently flagged the process as confusing and cumbersome, with users struggling to complete registration without friction. The experience didn't reflect the quality of the event itself, and with Spark growing year over year, a more polished, intuitive digital entry point was overdue.

The event
The event branding was developed by Highspot's expression team, creating a cohesive visual identity carried across every physical and environmental touchpoint at Spark 2025. The digital experience was designed in direct alignment with that identity, ensuring the site and registration flow felt like a natural extension of the event itself.

The 2025 site and registration experience featured branding unified across the full event identity and a streamlined registration flow that reduced friction and supported stronger attendance and engagement outcomes.
The conference drew 913 live attendees, with 62% representing our top 100 accounts. The event influenced $146M in ARR with a 90% renewal rate, generated $524K in expansion pipeline from 17 new opportunities, and facilitated 140 meetings with C-Suite leaders, account teams, and SMEs, with 55% of those being executive stakeholders.
