Highspot
Highspot office graphics
A multi-year environmental design project spanning 5 floors of Highspot's Seattle waterfront headquarters — bringing the brand to life across walls, conference rooms, and common spaces.

The ask
In Q4 2019, Highspot moved into a new Seattle waterfront office — consolidating two locations under one roof as the company continued to grow. From day one, branding the space was a priority: a physical expression of our culture and identity.
What started as 1.5 floors became a multi-year design project as the company expanded, eventually spanning 5 floors total. As the sole designer on the project, I designed graphics for every major wall on each floor, brought our custom dot equalizer graphic onto every conference room glass wall, and formatted every production-ready file across all phases of the build-out. The work extended internationally as well, with the brand graphics adapted for Highspot's London office.
The graphics shown here reflect the previous Highspot brand, which has since been elevated in 2025.

Production and vendor coordination
Worked closely with our print and signage vendor from file handoff through installation, including on-site walkthroughs to confirm graphic placement. Color accuracy was a priority — I matched physical paint swatches to our Pantone brand colors across multiple rounds to ensure fidelity in the real-world environment.

Results
The finished spaces gave Highspot a cohesive, on-brand physical presence across every floor — reinforcing company culture for employees and leaving a strong impression on visitors and recruits. Consolidating all design and production under one designer ensured visual consistency across every phase of the build-out, from the first wall graphic to the final London adaptation.
